Our menu emphasizes seasonal preparation of local and regional ingredients, including meat and poultry from area farmers. We're difficult to pigeon-hole with a simple tag line. We don't like the term New American, and have never been able to come up with a single catchy phrase to describe our kitchen. There is definitely a Mediterranean influence on the cuisine and a tendency towards rustic, peasant/country/provincial preparations. We pride ourselves on scratch preparations and hand-made foods. We like innovation, but we respect tradition and try to avoid fusion and confusion.
The Country Inn has been a destination for beer lovers for over 30 years. We have over 500 bottled beers from around the world and 11 taps that feature both local/regional and international beers.
Our wine list features a selection of offerings by-the-glass and bottle. It is small but growing and features wines we have selected to accompany our food and be enjoyed at the table.
